Citi's ThankYou program offers statement credits for some of the cards. But I know it's not all of them, so check before you apply. (I don't think my PremierPass offers it.) I know I saw the exact exchange rates on their site www.thankyounetwork.com, the rates are not awesome but if you are looking for credits, they have it.
I think Dividend is the Citi cash card. It probably offers better value.

I'm talking about card that give you a certain $$ of statement credit at the very start like Sony & BoFa. I don't intend to use the card and then accumulate cash back.
