From my primitive understanding ... US air already is in bed with Juniper - Barclays. THe only reason BoA card is still available is because BoA sued and won the case. US had to honour the previous contract till the end of the original (pre merger) term which ends in 2007

Has anyone applied for and got the card, then after they get their 1st statement with the Fee on it, called up and cancelled it as I believe One has 30 days after getting the statement to cancel w/o Penalty. Yet the Bonus Miles should hav eposted as the statement closed with your having used the CC already. Now if Yes did BofA go in and take back the Bonus Miles.
As per another post I would 1st ask that they switch it to another CC of theres hopefully with USAir, as it has happened with other Banks , they never took back the miles, Seems as long as my Acct# didnt change it still read it as being the type of CC that I originally applied for and got.
