How often can you apply for a Juniper card?
How often can you apply for a Juniper card? I remember hearing it was every 2 months. Is that correct?

I'm not sure how often you can apply. But if you read the T&C for the US Airways card at least they state that you can only receive a sign on bonus once in a lifetime and if they do issue you a bonus in error they reserve the right to charge you the "fair" market value or subtract the miles. Probably not worth the risk for most, as the "fair market value" of 15,000 miles could easy equal $300+.
