MBNA myconcierge?
Has anyone used MBNA's myconcierge service? How does it compare to other concierges, like the amex gold or merrill+ concierge?

How does MBNA compare to VIPDesk? Does MBNA have its own dedicated concierge or does it use a service like VIPDesk?
