Future Credit Card offers?

I was just wondering about this situation.

I plan to pay off my car loan via a CC cash advance. I already have the CC cash adavance money. (0% till 2/1/07 billing period) and it was with no fees associated with it. So that saves me roughly 12 months of interest from my current car loan which is at 5.25% and at a balance of roughly $21k.

Now.... My CC requires right now a 2% minimum payment each month. Which is not a problem. It ends up being a little less than my current car loan monthly payment. And they told me they have no plans to change that monthly minimum anytime soon. (subject to change however)

Now to my question. At the end of my Intro 0% offer, I will have to transfer the remaining balance to either another CC 0% offer or to something like a fixed rate offer (like Amex blue @ 3.9%) Both of those are easily doable today since there are so many offers. HOWEVER, what scares me is if those disappear in the near future and I am left with owing a LARGE balance at the Cash Advance rate (which is something like 21%).

So will 0% transfer options or fixed low rate transfer disappear before 2007?

Or is this to risky to do?

Maybe you want to open a home-equity line of credit if you have some home equity available.

I just did the same thing you did, with the HELOC as a backup plan at the end of the 12 months.

There are a lot of offers out there that will give you airline miles for opening one.
