AA MC - Rip-Off 25K Offer
We got a mail offer for 25K bonus miles for an AA MasterCard. Very appealing, right? Well, the fine print says that you get 12,500 miles upon first use, and then another 12,500 miles after $12,500 in purchases. **And no miles until then.** This is worse than the regular 12,500 bonus mile offer -- at least you don't have to wait until $12,500 of purchases before getting one mile per dollar. Rip-off!!

Strange offer indeed. I guess extra 12,500 bonus miles after $12,500 purchases would make more sense.
