Here is what we have from there QA about this new card available in Canada,
they don't provide a rewards chart for airplane ticket, and i'm pretty sure they have maximum amount for the cost of the ticket, anyone knows more about

1- Rewards Chart (Eco=?, Business=100k?, First=?)
2- Others little characters they don't talk about

From the language on their website, it appears that you will be redeeming their points for a discount on the ticket that you are buying (e.g. [these are dummy numbers!] redeem 10 000 points for $100 off the ticket price).
