MBNA statements
Hi all, I was wondering if I could turn off paper statements via net access or do I have to call customer service to do this ?? I'm not sure if MBNA even has this provision yet.

It depends on the issuer. Some have an option for this on the website. Citi will actually mail you three reminders about your "ALL ELECTRONIC STATEMENTS" after you sign up...

MBNA does not offer online online statements. They let you view your statements online but it is not considered an official statement. The one you get in the mail is the official statement.
