Foreign Currency Exchange Fee Refund?

Has anyone read anything about a refund being given due to a lawsuit filed against Visa for not properly disclosing foreign exchange fees?

May be offtopic to this post.

I did get a claim form from the lawyer's office involved in the class action suit against American Express for excess forex transaction fees charged to customers.

this was about 4 weeks ago.

It did not state anything about the amount of refund, it also said some people may get some refund or some people may not get anything.

Just for the heck of it I filed that form with name and address and sent it to the administrator of the class action suit, some PO BOX address in Minnesota.

I do not know about Visa though
