B1 Platinum Reward
B1 keeps on sending me materials about their new promotion -- but you need to spend over $1000 / month in a given category. Some of their categories include dry cleaning and video rentals... So if I rent $1001 worth of movies WITHIN A MONTH, I get 2% cash back instead of 1% cash back on the $1 (over the 1000 threshold) -- how can they even offer this? Sounds like something that Dogbert would authorize...
