Using MC to pay auto loan installment ?

My thread search has been futile, although I'm fairly certain this has been covered before:

I'm about to re-finance some credit card debit (incurred in one transaction buying a new car) and wonder if there's any tried-and-true mechanism or institution that would allow me to borrow the money (secured against my car note if necessary) and then pay the installments with a mileage-earning credit card?

Or, perhaps better, is there an account I could set-up with BillMatrix or Paypal or such -- that would, effectively, accomplish the same thing?

In advance, my thanks for any input and advice.

To the best of my knowledge, no major auto finance company will let you pay your monthly car loan bill with a credit card.

What you might be able to do, though, is "balance transfer" your car loan over to a mileage-earning credit card. Most mileage credit cards do not offer miles for balance transfers, but I know the United Mileage Plus card from Bank One sometimes does.
