If you're a frequent Airtran customer and want your free flights on Airtran, this can be a decent card. Comes with 4 flight credits as a signup bonus (and up to 3 credits for balance transfers).
Downsides are that credits expire after a year, IIRC, and that the rewards themselves are rather limited as Airtran's route network is rather limited. For more points they'll buy you a ticket on another carrier, however. Still, these points won't get you into an international business class cabin.
It all depends on what your reward goals are.
