AA MC enrollment bonus?

AA MC enrollment bonus?
I enrolled under a 10,000 enrollment bonus, but haven't got it even after paying the annual fee. They told me it was after the 1st purchase. I thought it was after the payment of the enrollment fee. Anyway, it seems like it been a long time and no AA MC enrollment bonus. Any comment?
