Card with fixed points per transaction?
Since the CC processors typically charge their transaction fee as something like 10˘ + 2.9%, it is possible for them to offer a fixed point value instead of or in addition to points-per-dollar. Does anybody know any good cards that offer a fixed number of points per transaction?
The only things I've found is that the Chase freedom card used to offer 10 points per transaction, but that ended sometime in 2013 according to ThePointsGuy.
Since I make a lot of very small transactions, this kind of card would maximize my rewards.

Citi Rewards+ awards a minimum of ten ThankYou Points per transaction.
