Trouble to Create PayPal Key
Had anyone had issue in creating PayPal key? It throws an error:



Tried several time. The same.

Is there any limit on the numbers of PP keys you can create?

Why re-create them? You can just change the credit card being used to pay for it on the PayPal side

I can't even sign up for Key altogether, though I imagine it's because I have the debit card

Spouse is now running into this problem. New and 1st ever PayPal account just approved after I sent $0.01 for the refer-a-friend offer. So is it down for everyone?

I was able to create a PPK account some time back and use that instantly.

Still got the same error. Not sure if there is any limit to it. But with PP blocking PPK with Plastiq, this becomes muted.

PP customer support is pretty much non-exist. I sent PP message, never any response. No use now anyhow.

I received this message, "Your card was declined, please call the number on the back of your card before submitting this payment again." when paying through plastiq.com.
