Use USB Altitude Reserve at Costco with mobile wallet, when buying in person for 4.5% cashback.
For online use Citi AT&T Access More, if you have it, if not, use Citi DC.
Also Costco Visa is 2% at Costco, but I don't see any reason using it there, since I have AR.
