Paypal's new mastercard offering 2% back on everything. High annual rate, but if you are one who pays off your card every month, this seems pretty good. No foreign transaction fee too.

It appears that CO-PLAT is specifically looking for VISA, rather than MasterCard, because Costco only accepts VISA.
