The question is - in which field/topic do you want customer service experience feedback? One word for me describing customer service - 'cold'.

Not that I am saying that they won't help you, but compared to Chase I'd say more 'detached'. Especially when you are talking their security department when trying to activate the card with Apple on a new device.

Do I understand correctly that AirBnB is getting 3x points?

You can pay with apple pay on your Safari browser on a Macbook Pro without regard to the merchant in most cases.

Reward center - giftcards.com

The rewards center catalog had an option to order gift cards, including visa/mc gift cards and it says that such purchases earn 3 points per $.

I somehow doubt such things. Anyone tried?

I'm relatively new so I have the 50000 points to spend.

Tonight I had two rideshare rides. Each first came through as a $15 authorization, so I responded "redeem" to the RTR. Then they came through at the actual amount (say, $13.50), with another RTR text and Redeem. They seem to all have come through as redemptions on my email. Will they stick as double-counted?

Are hotel reservation booked/charged via OTA (expedia, agoda, booking, etc) eligible for 3x points?

There is only a bonus if you use US Bank's own portal. Other travel agencies, like Costco Travel or Expedia, will only get 1x points.

As a U.S. Bank Altitude™ Reserve Visa Infinite® cardmember, you have access to 4 free cardmember airport lounge visits and 4 free guest airport lounge visits per membership year. Each member visit and each accompanying guest(s) visit applies against the free visit allowance.
Similar question: If I've used my 4 single visits, can I go for a 5th visit paying for myself but having my first guest visit covered?

Is this the case for AirBnB as well?

BTW, does Chase Sapphire award bonus points for OTA hotel reservations?

No idea about Airbnb. Maybe someone can reply. Chase travel categories is way better than altitude reserve. OTA reservations get the bonus. Heck even parking garages and bridge tolls got me bonuses since were listed under travel

FrequentMiler has an ongoing collection about which things work for RealTime Rewards, which should also translate to which purchases will be coded appropriately for the bonus category. https://frequentmiler.com/us-bank-re...t-works-where/

Airbnb has data points in both directions, so it's not entirely clear what conditions must be satisfied for Airbnb to post a charge that gets the bonus.

As trikotret mentioned the Chase "travel" category is rather broad. Unlike most cards they even include things like Timeshares in their travel category.

$325 annual credit

Do dining expenses still work for the $325 annual credit? My annual fee just posted 9/1 and none of the dining purchases I made have triggered the credit after five days.
