I spent $355 on a giftcard for ableton and some gear, but apparently the giftcard only works in the U.S. and it just so happens the website is hosted in Germany, lol. Is there anything I can do besides buy this through Amazon?

Emmanuel Johnson, welcome to Flyertalk. Your query doesn't appear to be related to Manufactured Spending, so I'm relocating it to the general Credit Card forum.
If you live in the US and have a credit or debit card, you should be able to use it directly on the merchant's website. You can also buy a prepaid card such as Amex Serve, which can often be used internationally.

Not your exact question, but this is FlyerTalk. I'm sure you came here by searching for prepaid gift cards, but we don't use them the way you do (which costs money)... we try to use them to make banks think we spend more than we do, which gains money in promotions they have. It's a risky game though, so I'm not going to recommend that.
I will recommend against ever doing this in future. No matter how poor your credit is, some bank will give you a debit card. Heck, Walmart/Amex Bluebird or Amex Serve will almost certainly be options and they're far more affordable than prepaid Visa cards.
