Entered wrong address on CC app, what do I do now?

Entered wrong address on CC app, what do I do now?

My mother just applied for the IHG 70,000 offer. They just built a new house and she got the numbers mixed up on the CC app. She did not get an immediate approval. Is there anything she can do in the mean time to try and fix the address problem? The street name is right, the numbers were just wrong.

Call the reconsideration line for chase (google it) Ask about the status of the application. Usually you can get things cleared up just doing that. Then ask to change the address because you made a mistake. This could be the reason the applications is being held up in the first place.
