Delta Amex 50k Offer
I recently saw an offer for a Delta Skymiles Gold Card with a 50,000 bonus offer.
I did once have a free delta options card (a card change, no sign-up bonus involved)
Would I be eligible for the 50,000 miles sign up offer?
