Hello everyone
I've had a Barclaycard Arrival Plus World Elite Mastercard for a while but haven't used it in a few years. I'm just paying the annual fee to avoid loosing the 250k points I accumulated until I stopped using it.
How can I best use/transfer/redeem these points to get rid of this card?

Book refundable travel, redeem your points, cancel refundable travel, ask for balance refund via check, close card.

Outdoorsy (online RV/camper rental service) doesn't seem to show up as a valid charge on their rewards portal. The merchant category according to Barclays' website/app is "Motor Home and Recreational Vehicle Rental". Any chance Barclays will manually apply the points if I call them?

I received the current cardmember agreement for my Arrival MasterCard in the mail today. The cover letter showed the correct last four digits of the card (which is different from the one of my Arrival Plus card that I had originally before I downgraded).

Surprise surprise - the fee section shows an annual fee of $89.

I suspect this is a mistake and they mailed me the fee schedule for the Arrival Plus card. The product name doesn’t seem to appear anywhere on the multi-page agreement and fee schedule, as far as I can tell.

I reached out to customer service via secure message

Update: Customer Service confirmed that my AF is $0, but didn’t offer any explanation as to why the information mailed to me is incorrect. Oh well.

If I currently have a 0% interest offer on the card and am floating some amount of spend on there, will a downgrade to the no annual fee version kill the 0% interest offer?
