What is best CC for hotels without CC program?
I will be staying alot of nights at the Four Seasons Hotel (which does not have loyalty or CC). What is best CC to earn rewards at this hotel? Thanks!

The Amex PRG is 3 points only on airfare, I believe. Also, it charges FTF, which would be a deal breaker, in my mind, in the event that international stays might be anticipated.
I vote for the chase sapphire preferred. after the 7% annual dividend, you're looking at 2.14 points per $ spent on hotels.
Not knowing for sure what kind of "rewards" OP would prefer to earn, the CSP remains a very safe bet to accrue a stash of reasonably valuable points.

If you're staying at FS a lot I'd look at the AMEX Plat because you may find a lot more value in the FHR program (better rates and breakfast included) than you would in the extra 1.4% point value (2.4 CSP - 1 MR). You do have a big AF to balance out though.

And while the terms of the FHR program purport to require payment via amex, I have been able to settle my tab on my CSP. There is an entire thread around here somewhere on the topic. The consensus appears to be that most hotels don't seem to care how you pay, as long as they get paid.
I assume that most (all?) FS properties are available through FHR, but I haven't actually checked.
Depending on how much OP plans to spend, he may want to consider the Plat for access to the FHR program, with the actual spend put on a CSP (assuming he's comfortable with violating the technical T&Cs, and assuming the property doesn't pre-charge the stay on the Plat card anyway -- I can't say I have actually ever stayed at a FS via FHR, so I don't know their practice).
Either way, I wish I had OP's problem myself.

Begin with Barclays Arrival to earn your $400 + 10% return on your first stay (I guess the plural would not be applicable here).
Then move in with Amex Plat Mercedes Benz that does give you 50K MR points plus valuable additional perks. I agree with Dave that I've never seen FHR rates go lower than what you can get otherwise, and that's for any hotel not just FS, but the perks are great. You can also book your hotels directly with the MR points, but the rates will be lousy. If you don't care about transferring the points into an airline program, just cash them out via a gift card of your choice to offset the annual fee.
Then I would switch to Chase Ultimate Rewards program by applying for CSP, and its business cousins Ink Bold Plus and Cash. You can use UR points to book your hotels directly or just cash them out to offset the costs.
Pay for your stay with Chase cards as others suggested. Hotels normally don't care how you pay at the end of your stay.
Most folks here will tell you that using MR and UR points in this fashion is a crime against humanity, but the important thing is to do what works for you, not for anyone else.
Play your cards right, and you get at least $1,400 cashback for your trouble in sign up bonuses, even before any cashback.
