Avion Program (TD Infinate Visa) vs Aeroplan
Hi
Am not travelling much anymore so not racking up points in Airline programs anymore therefore relying on credit card purchases for travel.
Currently - using Aeroplan but can't always find flights
Questions - anyone have an opinion on jumping to Avion points?
Pros, Cons, Past Experiences, etc. - any info is welcome
Cheers
Terri

I think you best bet will be to find a credit card that you can transfer points at a reasonable rate to another frequent flyer program.
RBC Avion and Amex Rewards and SPG Amex come to mind.
This gets around your no flights available problem.
If you just want economy class tickets, then almost any credit card will do as long as the redemption rates are reasonable.
