Not really sure if this should be here or in OMNI (given how I expect the conversation will go), but though it might provide some amusement:

Guy in Russia gets credit card offer. Scans it and re-writes it, signs it and sends it back. Bank signs off on it & sends him his new card. Bank doesn't read the new fine print. Bank gets upset....

I'm not sure if it counts as fraud or not. Depending on exactly what he sent back, in some countries it wouldn't be.
