Lufthansa vs US Airways Card
Question for all of you guru's out there... well mostly asking for opinions. I currently have 2 US Airways cards and just applied for the Lufthansa card. Barclays is willing to approve me for the Lufthansa card but I will need to close one of my US Airways cards. Does this seem reasonable. I know you get the 10K miles upon account renewal but getting 50K miles which equals 2 domestic round trip tickets, one domestic bus/first ticket is obviously hands down a better deal, right? Plus I'll still have the first US Airways card. I feel like I shouldn't even be asking this and just happy that Barclays isn't just saying no and closing one of my US Airways to begin with.
Thanks!

I have the US Airway Dividend Mile CC and just applied for the Lufthansa Miles and More CC. I did this since I expect that I will need to build up my StarAlliance miles and after the merger this fall the US Airways card will go away. They also have the 50000mile bonus going on which makes it very attractive and Starwood points are 1:1 (actually 1.25:1)
