The 3 credit bureau usually have different information, which translate to different scores. And since most of the banks check experian, you probably have more inquiries on there hence lower score.

Yes in general. My highest score is Transunion, followed by Equifax and then Experian. But the last time I checked my scores I had a 717 on EQ, 723 on TU, but I do not know about my EX score. But I guess it depends, but for me, EX has always been my lowest score while TU has always been my highest.

Some of those scores are probably not real FICO scores. Depends on where you're getting them. So they could be wildly different, depending on the algorithm of the source.

You'll also notice inquiries don't generally hit all three bureaus, so that can make a difference.

And "never paying late" has very little to do with utilization, since that usually depends on statement balance. (But that would tend to be about the same across all bureaus.)

credit inquiries from certain credit card issuers (amex and chase especially) will accrue exclusively to experian and not the others based on your state, which can lead to situations where you might have 12 inquiries (and therefore a lower score) with experian while looking great on creditkarma's fako score from transunion because your applications resulted in 0 inquiries with transunion. if you live in a state where citi pulls equifax, the bureaus actually pulled by different issuers may partially explain some of the score differentials. those trying to manage the balance of credit inquiries across the big 3 for the two years they appear on their reports can mitigate these effects in a few different ways... check creditboards.com for more information

Indeed, to my knowledge it is not possible to purchase your own Experian FICO.

There were reports on myfico of a credit union in Pennsylvania that would give it to you if you join. But I always just wait to be rejected for something and get it then.
