New to churning suggestions
Hello!
So I'm trying to set up my what credit cards to apply for. I'm mostly interested in cards I can keep around for a while and have good sign up points or programs. So i was thinking of opening:
1) Chase Sapphire (to keep)
2) Citi AAdvantage (AMEX and VISA)- to cancel eventually?
3)SPG (to keep)
4) Chase Freedom (to keep for the 5x for specific categories) to keep
I know its not as extensive or glamorous as some of the new churners, any thoughts/suggestions?
Thanks

All fine selections, although a lot of spend.
Throw in the Barclay's US Air card and you are there.
SPG has thrown on an extra 5K during the summer for the last couple years, so if you were to defer an app that is the logical choice (substitute Honors perhaps?)
Once you get a taste for sign on bonuses you may find yourself willing to turnover your card portfolio periodically.
