Thanks Happy, that's exactly my question. I'd be very interested to hear if this was done. If not, a new account would still show up without the benefit of any UR points.

I just checked the print out. It shows a Chase card opened in 2009 and the next one 12/11. The CSP was in April or May 2011. That's about all I can tell you?

Thanks for the follow up! It looks like they deleted the tradeline as well, very interesting. I've never seen a bank delete an inquiry and tradeline just because the customer didn't want the account. I have heard of banks deleting negative tradelines at a customer's request when they PIF a collection, etc.
