MIA-Continental Miles
Have a Chase One Pass Plus credit card with Continental Airlines miles. Received promotions dating back to July 2011, ranging from 1 1/2 miles to 2 miles for purchases. Last promo ended Dec 2011 and still have not received the promo miles promised. Whom should I call or email? Thanks.

If you haven't received them on any Chase statement, then yes, you should call Chase.
If, however, you have received them on a Chase statement, but they haven't shown up at the airline site (which is now United), then when did that statement close? If recently, it could be a UA/CO merger issue of it not yet showing at the United site.
