Cayman Chip and PIN Issuers?
I know there has been discussion about opening an offshore account to get one of those cards. The european ones seem to be so fee ridden (or require such a high balance that losing out on the interest elsewhere is enough) that I might as well go with that Travelex card EMV card. I have been looking at Cayman banks and they seem to be more generous with fees and balance minimums, but called several and they say their cards are Magnetic swipe. Does anyone know of a cayman issuer of EMV cards?
