Is it better to use the US Mastercard or the US Visa?
We have both although I primarily use the mastercard. Any idea of which is more advantageous? I pay off our balance every month if that matters.

largely no difference between visa and mc. They are just brand names for credit card processing networks.
Now, there are differences between particular visa card and mc cards -- but that has more to do with what sort of deals the issuer offers.

Is your VISA the debit card issued by Bank of America, or is it a credit card?
