A Classic "Its Their Responsibility" Standoff
Continental Card (President's Club Master Card) from Chase:
I had a hotel stay which was not doubled in points as it was supposed to be. Chase said that the vendor miscoded it and gave me an adjustment of 114 points (the charge was about $114).
Come the billing statement and it shows "Courtesy Adjustment" for 114. Check my Continental statement and it shows my regular charges and my other doubled point charges but not this 114.
Emailed Continental OnePass, attaching a copy of the statement. They said they could only credit what Chase sends them and to contact Chase. Contact Chase and they said that they sent on the credit and to contact Continental.
Looks like 114 lost miles here........
