Reward availability

Not usually on this forum but most on here probably have much more experience with COPA. I have used COPA several times previously but noticed in Feb.26 there is zero availability between Feb.12-23 on aeroplan and I also checked United.
Specifically I am looking for LIM > PTY - tons of availability before and after but zero between Feb.12-23
I then look at anything departing PTY to Canada etc., and same thing referring to zero availability between Feb.12-23
I am just debating if this is an error and I should wait it out or go ahead and book something else. I know it is some time out but if I need to make alternate plans I would prefer to do so while flights/prices are preferred?
I just have not seen this before with COPA so was looking for some feedback?

I checked 3 dates from your range for LIM-PTY, using United app, and found all with a ton of availability flying on Copa metal

Should not be an issue finding space

Thanks for sharing. Interesting... I logged into my Aeroplan account and nothing still showing there but you are correct as it is showing now on United. The big difference is the 40K reward availability is now Economy and that used to always be Business? I was planning on hopping over to PTY from LIM but might just extend my stay in LIM and maybe mosey on down to Paracas for a bit then just fly direct with AC back to YYZ or YUL then off to YWG.

The united availability is not a standard saver award. United has a closer partnership with Copa and has access to anytime awards on Copa that cost more than the standard award chart. Thats why its not showing on Aeroplan. I.E. theres so saver awards during that period.

Different availability if I call?

HNL-GUM shows zero across any date, whereas the opposite direction is wide open.

Am thinking this is a glitch so I wanted to call but they couldn't even see availabilities on GUM-HNL.

Any experience on better availability when one calls?
