United to COPA at Denver in one ticket. Do I need to recheck in?

I have an upcoming flight on one ticket. United domestic flight to Denver then COPA from Denver to Panama.
Do I need to check in again with COPA in Denver?

You will be checked all the way thru Panama. (assuming that most probably it's a connection in DEN and not a layover).
