FFP name mismatch?
Has Copa also implemented half baked FFP name matching like AC?
I have Copa flight in August that I booked directly on Copaair.com.
I noticed that my TK # is now dropped and the FFP is empty.
When I tried to add it back, it gave me an error msg:
"The frequent flyer number you have entered is not valid, and therefore was not added to your reservation. Please call our Reservation Center to add this, or supply the number at Check-in."
I checked another UA ticket with 2 legs on Copa - my TK # carried over from UA is fine.
Thanks!

After trying 3 different agents, it was determined that Copa's system cannot distinguish between "Ericmr W" and "Eric W".
After removing "mr" appended to my first name, my TK# went through.
Bad IT again... funny the salutation selection for "Mr" was mandatory at the time of booking...
