Silver status update for 2018

Silver status update for 2018

I qualified for connectmiles silver for this year however the app and website still shows my status expiry date as February 2018 (my previous years status expiry). It should update to febuary 2019, but nothing so far. Is anyone else experiencing this? I dread calling into customer service.

My status has not updated yet. Last year, it took a while to roll over, I don't recall exactly when, but definitely long enough into January to make me nervous.

Yeah, last year it took quite some time for things to update.

No surprise to see it taking long again.

Yes, I was concerned enough to dig through my travel for 2017 to ensure I took enough *a flights. I just covered the minimum, but haven't seen a change. I spoke with Connectmiles customer service and was assured that I qualified for *s in 2018.

Oh well, I'll post when I see it update. thxs!
