Rough start for Copa
Booked two trips for next month, all excited about premiering my shiny new ConnectMiles number, only to have the system not allow it. Had to default to my MP number in order to get preferred E seating. Pretty sad that ConnectMiles goes live in less than a month and there is still no option to input it in the drop-down menu on their own website! That said, they did match my UA FF status which was much appreciated.

Am having difficulty getting any responses from Copa this week. Two emails to their customer service people, and zero responses.
They used to be good at responding (and very quickly on Twitter). Has the Connect Miles launch thrown them into disarray?
