Does the CM online upgrade request form even work?

It took months for them to make it work, but I can say from personal experience that it now does.

Thanks. That means I can now conclude that it works for every Copa-operated flight except group reservations, even after splitting the record. ;)

FYI in case anyone ends up in the same scenario: after splitting a group reservation, I had to be transferred to the "redemption desk" to use an upgrade certificate. And not every agent knew I needed to be transferred - some just said no upgrade space is available and one agent said the case will be "escalated" but I never heard back in the suggested 48-hour timeframe. :( Key is to call and redemption desk will get it done on the spot.

Finally received my credentials pack!

All the 5 flights from partners (Turkish and GOL) that I tried to request miles submiting the information through their form didn't work. I had to contact them by e-mail to get the miles on my account.

I also have an issue with miles from partner airlines were not credited to my connectmiles account correctly. What is the email address that I should write to?

One month later and my miles are still missing. Most of agents I have contacted with so far are quite clueless. :(

Maybe I'm just dense but I'm trying to see what complimentary upgrades are available to a UAMP 1k. Would i be eligible for a CPU from PTY-MIA? if so, where would i stand in the upgrade queue? Cant seem to find this on Copa's or United site.

No. Only ConnectMiles premier members have complimentary upgrade eligibility.

hey guys, i status matched in december last year. When will my status expire? Is it Dec 31 or Feb 28, 2017? Also, does anyone know how to print out a temporary card? I can't seem to find it now. Thanks

You status should be good until Feb 2018.

So with COPA is status re-evaluated at the end of February? I was told it was December 31 but perhaps I'm not remembering correctly. I'm still gold as of mid-February and I had no flights for 2016. Will I lose it on 2/28/17?

I status matched CM from UA and received CM Platinum.. I missed the threshold for Gold to requalify. Think I can get a soft landing?

Although the qualifying period ends on 12/31 each year, your status remains intact through the end of February of the next year. In your case this means that you stopped qualifying for 2017 at the last minute of December, but you retain your status through the end of February (13 days from now).

I haven't heard of any. They are more flexible than the N. American carriers, but they did allow 18 months in the launch period. It's always worth asking, but I wouldn't have high hopes.

No soft landing for me. I went straight from PP to Gold.
