I'd buy the business promo at $213.
I rarely can buy months in advance but I usually get SJO-PTY-SJO RT one to two weeks out in the mid $500 range economy. Upgrades are almost always 100%, but the business promo should also give you 150% eqm.
I would be surprised if a one way econ ticket would ever show up at less than $150.
