SDC effect on EUA
I'm interested in changing to an earlier flight for a reservation I have this weekend. How is EUA affected in this scenario? Is the process now automatic or must I have an customer support agent take care of this for me?

It should be automatic - you should be added to the list on the new flight as normal.
If you have already been upgraded through EUA then occasionally I have seen a bug whereby you don't make it onto the list for the new flight. In this situation you will normally have to get them to add you at the airport manually, once I succeeded in having them do it on the phone but it took 30min+ and transferring to 3 or 4 different agents.

Once you are confirmed on the new flight you can check in and join the waitlist. If you have been previously upgraded you do not get to keep that upgrade nor do you receive any special priority because of it.
