Help! Another Upgrade Question
Thanks for all the help earlier this week when questioning what I should do if my daughter doesn't get upgraded with us. She still has been upgraded and we are leaving from Newark to Las Vegas on Thursday. If we get to 24 hrs before I believe the waitlist is over. Is this correct? If so what do I do then? Is this something that can only be taken care of at the airport? Should I call the rewards desk now to see what the chances are of it happening? This is all new so I really appreciate everyone's help.

Im not sure I understand, is she on a reward ticket in F but confirmed in Y
or is she on a paid Y and is looking to get EUA ?

She presently has a paid ticket (H) and is using mileage to upgrade into first. My son and I got it and she didn't.
