Delay in Buffalo

I am booked on co. 3404 to EWR/FLL/FPO
Buf departure is delayed 5 hours 3 minutes so far.
I will have to overnight in FLL because of the mechanical(broken cargo door) Do I ask for a hotel for FLL in Buf or FLL.
Thanks

Is there any other routing that would get you there today? Another carrier? ASK for that, though they're not required to do it, and probably won't on lowest fare tix.

I flew in and out of BUF for years and got to know all the GA's. Most are very good and Pam is one of the best there.

Pam is one of the best agents I have ever come across. Always in a great mood, and always goes above and beyond for everyone!

I got to watch her during a big irrops mess a couple of years ago. Phone in one ear, cell phone in the other ear, typing like crazy to get people re-booked, and yet, still managing to smile.

I worked in Buf for 2 weeks back in Feb and Pam was awesome. She can handle all three gates at one time.
