Missing partner miles?
I'm still fairly new to ff miles and I was wondering what is the most effective way to get credited for missing miles on a partner airline. I recently flew ORF-JFK-LHR RT through Delta and only received credit for 1 segment of my flights(LHR-JFK). I no longer have my boarding passes.
Any help is always appreciated.

I don't know of any method other than completing the form designed for this purpose (available on continental.com) and returning it to OnePass. Without boarding passes I think you are likely out of luck though.

Without the BPs you are pretty much out of luck. You can fill out the for and send it in without them but odds are that you'll not get credit.

That's what i was afraid of. I guess I'll just chalk this up a lesson to keep my boarding passes.

It doesn't hurt to try if you can find the ticket numbers. Boarding passes are the gold standard for partner verification, yes, but it's better in a case like this to try and fail than not try.

An unexpected bit of luck- I was cleaning out my email and found the Delta receipts from when I purchased the tickets. I now have some hope of getting my approx 5000 miles
.Thanks for all the help.
