E-mail address to complain
My flight yesterday IAH - MCI was delayed for awhile and we were deplaned twice. I read several travel blogs and have read a few posts that discuss complaining directly to the airline and receiving compensation in the form of miles for the delay.
I sniffed around on continental's website, but wondered if someone here had had any luck with the same problem/had an e-mail address I could complain to.

But I wouldn't expect any compensation...
What exactly happened? All of yesterday's IAH-MCI flights either arrived ahead of schedule or less than 30 minutes late.
