silly question
Can vouchers or travel bank credits be used to cover the taxes and fees on reward reservations?

I knew the answer to the OP's question. I suspect I know the answer to this one too. Can I use travel bank funds for a BF upgrade co-pay?

Are you asking about applying those funds at a date later than when you buy the ticket? Like a few days later or such if you decide the upgrade and co-pay is worth it? If so, I don't know the answer to that. But if you're doing it all at the same time, then you could consider it that you're using the funds towards the ticket or the co-pay price, as you see fit.
