Site is STILL dead when you try to book a flight. Instead, it has a different error message: "File not found."
UPDATE: IT'S ALIVE!!!! ... only if you don't use the flexible dates option. Better than nothing. |

that went bonkers, it appears. I can sign in and see Onepass again, but the Extra Mile Bonus did not post this past weekend as expected. Good news - Plat card came in the mail in less than 2 weeks' time! Either way, this is sloppy beyond belief - and the fact that this is not the first (or even second) time CO.com has flamed out during business hours/days is a clear indication that CO IT management is asleep at the wheel. Wherever I've worked, had something like this happened and been attributed to human error, people would have been shown the door, including senior management. I've never encountered a company of this size who allows their key ecomm customer portal to go down willy-nilly like this. |
Flight search engine seems to be misfiring now -- it's telling me flights are sold out when they're not (like for days!)

Trying to book CLE-NRT and I'm getting:
"Continental.com could not find any available seats meeting your requirements. You may modify your search criteria, or call 1-800-300-1547 for assistance." I'm worried about booking on the phone since its a T fare and I don't want the EQM hit. |
