Before bothering the CEO, have you tried calling 800.WE.CARE2 to report your issue?

I'd try CO Insider; he has a healing hand!

yeah, I'm not sure the CEO should be your first line (or second, or third) line of contact for individual flight issues.

if its something the customer service center can't fix, then go to CO Insider.

He DOES reply though, especially if it is something pertinent that should be going to his attention...

Scott is great at replying as well...

Very big thumbs up to that!

does Larry still make IAH-SNA-IAH trips? That is my main route, and I was wondering if I still have a chance to see him onboard ...

Is it just me, or does this sound kinda stalkerish? Yeah, he's cute and all, but c'mon.

I had a letter I wanted to send Larry a couple of years ago and sent it via Scott. I got a signed response from Larry which was personalized (in that it actually discussed my letter--I'm not under illusions that Larry sat there writing it!). Mine was a thank you though . . . not sure what you're planning on sending.

I'd suggest the Scott route . . . he seems to find the right places for letters (whether they be issues or compliments).

A compliment to pass on to someone who will notice

I too have some good things to say about the service provided by a specific flight attendant. How does one send things to/through Scott?

You may contact him on FT; he's CO Insider.
