I received an email offer directly from CO a few months back for the CO branded MC from Chase. The offer was better than those I had seen in the past, i.e. airport offers or CO magazine so I decided to accept the offer. The pitch was 25,000 at sign up, 5,000 for first purchase, 5,000 for accepting a supplemental card and 5,000 at the annual renewal.

Now after my second billing cycle only 20,000 points were credited. I contacted Chase and they say they have no knowledge of the offer or control over how many points CO sends over.....CO says we "can't find any record of any such offer". It was an online offer and I don't have a copy of the email or completed form as it was a link and a "click to accept" deal.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Cancel and ask for your annual fee back.

Good luck fighting chase on mileage credit. I've tried a couple times and gotten no where. If it irks you that much, cancel the card.

Do you still have an offer email? Or the screenshot of that offer? If yes, you can email chase with that screenshot via online customer support. I have been successful in getting my bonus points posted that way.
