Missing Points?
Last week I flew AUS-MEM-DCA (CO ticket on NW metal, K class). The miles posted at 100% EQM, but no points posted. If I'm reading the CO website correctly, I should've gotten points as well. Am I missing something, or is this a glitch?

Called the OPSC today. Had to argue with the agent a bit, but finally got her to read the right chart. She agreed I was owed the points, and within two hours, they'd posted to my account!
