Transfer at LAS

Transfer at LAS
Hello!! I was wondering is anyone on the board knew if you have to leave and re-enter security at LAS if you are arriving on a CO flight (D gates) and transferring to a SWA flight an hour and a half later out of the C gates? Any help or information would be much appreciated.

Yes, you will have to reclear security after taking the people mover from the midfield terminal (D gates) back to the main terminal.

Above is correct, they shunt you to the baggage claim area and there is no direct way that isn't heavily guarded y the TSA clowns to get over to teh "D" train.
You might tey asking the guard if there is any way to gt back theough security to get to "D" side and you might get lucky or get a TSA employee with a great-than-room-temerature IQ, but I surely wouldn't count on it. You'll likely get a grunt and a motion with the head or one hand.
P.S. Inside Vegas secret: Danny Gans paid off the tiger.

I have had TSA escort me over from C to D when I wanted to go to the CO PC. If you ask one of those TSA people standing around they might let you over as its really just a roped off section between the 2.
